Since its founding,
health professionals from the Center for Integrative Medicine have been
educating the community through lectures, radio interviews, and group
classes.
Topics have included practical applications of
natural therapies, integrative approaches to a variety of health
conditions, and the philosophy of naturopathic medicine.
This year the Center for Integrative Medicine will
be represented by one or more practitioners at the following events in
New Hampshire:

Treat yourself to a guided juice cleanse. This is an experiential three-day workshop in a collaborative,
educational, and nurturing environment. Set aside a little time for your mind and body to experience a
practical shift to a healthier lifestyle. It begins at the cellular level with a gentle detoxifying and
nourishing weekend. Workshop includes lectures, discussions, gentle body movement, breathing techniques, fresh
organic vegetable juice, tea, broth, and

Whether you have reached or are approaching menopause, you probably have many

new fitness and health goals. Certainly, you want to do what is best for your
health but may feel uncertain where to begin. This seminar on Menopause and Aging
gives every woman the fundamental information, guidance and support she needs to
maximize her well-being at mid-life. Our professionally trained and Certified
Threshold Menopause Educator, Nancy Rugo, ARNP, will provide you with
comprehensive, non-biased, medically approved information about menopause in a
supportive and friendly setting. You will feel empowered as an essential partner
in making the important decisions concerning your own health and well-being.

- Identifying perimenopause
- Changing bleeding patterns
