Her background in clinical psychology and Holistic Health allows her to work with each individual and help guide them to an awareness of Mind, Body and Spirit. Lisa's extensive work with both Jon Kabat-Zinn and Geneen Roth enables her to teach and work effectively with stress and emotional eating issues. This process first helps individuals become aware of their concerns and then helps to transform them into positive and growthful experiences, ultimatly changing their reactions and becoming clearer and more relaxed.

Lisa has a comforting and non-judgemental presence. She believes everyone can feel more relaxed in their lives and can learn to change behaviors to help them feel more present and alive.

Her backround in massage, yoga, hypnotherapy and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction allows Lisa to understand more then just the mind and therefore work with the "WHOLE" person.

Lisa is accepting new patients and has extensive experience in eating disorders, chronic pain, cancer support, infertility issues, life tranitions and career counseling. She welcomes questions regarding psychotherapy, and can be reached at the Center for Integrative Medicine.
