Our acupuncture treatments are administered in the group setting by licensed acupuncturists using pre-sterilized, single-use stainless steel disposable needles.

Clients are seated for 30 to 45 minutes in a quiet setting. These are shortened versions of the typical acupuncture treatments with which Americans have become familiar, but in China this is a more typical setting, where clients can come often and cost is not prohibitive.

Many conditions respond well to frequent or long term treatments, the cost of which may preclude some people from using acupuncture.

We hope to eliminate that financial concern with our group clinic. Still, some conditions will require the more individualized attention of full-body acupuncture treatments, which are offered at the Center for Integrative Medicine by appointment only.
