Biodynamic Therapy employs a gentle hands on method of treatment that taps into a
persons inherent health, allowing healing to take place on a physical, mental,
emotional, and spiritual level. Typically, treatments take place with the patient
resting fully clothed on a massage table.
The practitioners hands lightly contact the
body, most often in areas of the head, back, or feet.
An experienced biodynamic
therapist can sense restrictions and facilitate a state in which the patients natural
vitality is able to realign the tissues and rebalance the fluid dynamics of the body.
An individual patient's experience may vary from relaxation and a sleep state, to
pulsing sensations or awareness of an energetic current within.
This therapy is
appropriate for people with acute and chronic conditions ranging from the common cold
and physical trauma, to anxiety, ADHD, and autism.
All of our Naturopathic doctors are trained in Biodynamic therapy.
They include Dr. Deb Sellars, Dr. Chris Kuhlman, and Dr. Niña Iselin.
